30th December 1915 - German bombing 11th Battalion violates Greek neutrality

Rolling Casualty Count: 2631

1st Batt: Divisional training programme and working parties keeping men busy.

2nd Batt: Drill and instruction.

11th Batt: German aeroplanes flew over and dropped some bombs. A Greek shepherd and 5 sheep were killed. This violation of Greek neutrality resulted in the German, Austrian, Turkish and Bulgarian consuls being forcibly expelled from Salonika.

ARMY SEPARATION FRAUDS - More Cases at Worcester.

The first case was against Annie Webb, Church Street, Upton Upon Severn, who was charged with attempting, by a false declaration, to obtain increased Army allowance. Defendant pleaded guilty.
