This celebrity song recital has been devised to mark the centenary of the end of WW1. Featuring some of Britain’s best loved songs by Vaughan Williams, Butterworth, Gurney and Finzi, the concert will also include a performance of Ian Venables’ powerful and moving song cycle Through These Pale Cold Days, which was commissioned by the Limoges Trust for the City of Worcester.
