At the Front:

1st Batt: batt soccer team played the 2nd batt team at Brouay. Score 1-0 to the 1st Batt!

4th Batt: The following words were received from Cops Com Lt Gen Sir Aylmer Hunter-Weston;

'My heartiest greetings on this anniversary of your greatest achievements' He also met with all officers and men at Brigade HQ who had been present at the Landing on Gallipoli.

Yeomanry/Cavalry: Men marched down the canal to Ballah to join up with other scattered men-three officers and 29 other ranks. Lt HNS Wilson now in command of a new service squadron

On the Home Front:

Shakespeare Tercentenary Arrangements For The Worcester Celebration – The arrangements for the celebration of the Shakespeare Tercentenary in Worcester are now fairly complete. On Thursday 27th an exhibition of prints, books etc., connected with and illustrating Shakespeare will be opened at the Victoria Institute. On Friday 28th there will be a matinee performance at the Theatre Royal when scenes from The Merchant of Venice and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, will be tendered by member of the City and County Branches of the British Empire Shakespeare Society.
