Coloured Paper for Tramcars
Sir:- May I suggest that in these times of semi-darkness the following plan should be adopted with regard to tramcars? Use coloured paper over the present lights, say -
Red for Rainbow Hill
White for Shrub Hill Station,
Green for St. John's,
Blue for Barbourne,
Yellow for London Road,
Pink for Bath Road.
This would help passengers in choosing the car they wish to travel by much more easily than they can now choose.
